Matt Beatz started spinning EDM music 7 years ago, and being very musically inclined-Djing intrigued him right away. He began playing a broad range of music from breaks, house, hard house, trance and many others. Although House was his favorite from the start-he transitioned between trance and finally settling on hard house.

After about 3 years, Matt decided to return to his first love, House Music....there his collection of vinyl grew. Matt has played at many events including; Audacity (rave) and Sake both in KC, The Ritz Lounge for Beat Fest, The Red Sea, Club Europe, The Upstairs Lounge, The Urban Lounge, Dante's and countless house parties. About a year ago, Matt decided to broaden his music horizons by spinning multi-generes such as; progressive breaks, progressive house, two step, and some atmospheric drum & bass, thus making him extremely versatile. Regardless of what Matt plays, he is sure to wreak havoc on your senses.
